OH LORD I HAVE SIN WHAT SHOULD I DO?
There are many amongst us sick, sickness is not always physical it could be mental and spiritual separation from the true knowledge of God. The remedy to healing sometimes is to confess not only to God but to a trusted brethren when you do it, it frees you of the guilt and shame of your sins.
No one should judge you for your sin but counsel you to be strong in your faith. GOD IS NOT LOOKING TO JUDGE YOU FOR YOUR SIN BUT HE WANT YOU FREE AND GAIN POWER AND STRENGTH.
Don't let the stronghold of sin hold you bound or captive and then causing sickness in your body. Sin has a way of eaten you up like cancer. CHOOSE FREEDOM CONFESS IT. NO MATTER HOW BAD IT SOUND OR FEEL CONFESS.
The prayer offered with trust will heal the one who is ill — the Lord will restore his health; and if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Therefore, openly acknowledge your sins to one another, and pray for each other, so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.
James 5:15-16 CJB
P.S: When someone confess their sins to you be careful not to judge them lest the same sin come upon you. We are all sinners and falling short of God's glory. Thank God for grace, truth and Christ.
